The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially released the Correction/Edit Form 2026 for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) Confidential, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Clerk, and ASI Accounts posts. This recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 537 vacancies. The online application process began on 20 December 2025, and candidates were allowed to submit their applications until 19 January 2026. Applicants who have made errors in their submitted forms can now correct or edit permitted details through the official correction window. As per the notification, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years as on 01 July 2025. Eligibility
- Educational Qualification
- Sub-Inspector (Confidential):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in India
- Hindi typing speed 25 WPM and English typing speed 30 WPM
- Must possess computer knowledge and stenography skills as prescribed
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in India
- Hindi typing speed 25 WPM and English typing speed 30 WPM
- Knowledge of computer operations is mandatory
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
- Hindi typing speed 25 WPM and English typing speed 30 WPM
- Working knowledge of accounting and computers required
