Eligibility

The eligibility requirements for admission to various courses at UP Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya and Go-Anusandhan Sansthan (DUVASU), Mathura are as follows:

  • B.V.Sc & A.H Programme
    Candidates must have passed or be appearing in 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English from a recognized board.

  • M.V.Sc Programme
    Candidates must have completed B.V.Sc. & A.H. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) from a recognized university.

  • Ph.D in Veterinary Science
    Candidates must have completed M.V.Sc in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

    Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Biological Sciences.

  • M.Tech Biotechnology
    Candidates must have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Biology or a related subject studied at 10+2 level or later.

  • Ph.D in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics
    Candidates must have a Master’s degree (M.Sc / M.Tech / M.V.Sc) in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or related science field.
