The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna has officially released the notification for Admission to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for the Two-Year Course Program (Session 2026-28). Admission will be conducted through the Combined Entrance Examination-2026 (CEE-2026).

The BSEB Bihar DELED Online Application Form 2026 process has started from 11 December 2025, and eligible candidates can apply online till 24 January 2026 (Extended). The entrance examination will be conducted in multiple phases from 19 January to 18 February 2026.
